Thus, the Procedure will make it possible to stop illegal construction at its initial stage.At the same time, the absence of a duly notified interested party at the facility is not an obstacle to conducting an inspection, unlike the norms for conducting an unscheduled inspection.The architectural and construction control and supervision authorities will continue to conduct unscheduled inspections in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
