Republican command and staff exercises of emergency response services for winter emergencies took place in the capital. The special services staff also showed their skills.As part of the staff training, the city operational headquarters was deployed, which included the civil protection services of the city to work out the introductory and decisions of the republican headquarters.According to the tactical plan, the forces and means of the urban subsystem of the state civil protection system of the capital carried out emergency recovery work, where there was a leak of hot water in the section of the underground heating main, as well as restoration work of an accident at an electrical substation with a fire and closure of underground wires, firefighters worked to eliminate this fire.Further, emergency rescue operations were carried out from the Astana-Kokshetau passenger bus. Medical workers provided first aid to passengers who became ill due to hypothermia. Later, rescuers rushed to help carry out search and rescue operations for the driver and one of the passengers, who went out to seek help and got lost in a snow drift. To search for missing citizens, a cynological calculation of the operational rescue squad was involved."All practical actions were worked out according to the plan of the RCSHU. These exercises showed how the services will practice their actions during a real emergency. The exercises took place almost in real conditions. On November 20, 2024, a seminar on the topic "Formation of an anti-corruption culture: the role of a civil servant" was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the chairmanship of Chief of Staff S.A.
