The opening ceremony of the hall named after Akim Tarazi, a famous Kazakhstani writer, playwright, screenwriter, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, took place at the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.During the event, a 13-volume collection of the writer's works was presented.The works of the writer were published within the framework of state programs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.The collection of works by Akim Tarazi includes novels, plays, translations and historical research, which will become a valuable source for future generations.The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Moscow Art Institute, public figures, as well as the wife of the writer Rosa Mukanova.The personal room, located on the fourth floor of the library, provides readers with access to the writer's personal library, as well as collections, photographs and other unique materials. On November 21, the film "Citizens of the Roof", shot with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Support Center for National Cinema, is released. The film will be available to the audience in Kazakh and Russian."Citizens of the Roof" is the directorial debut of Gulshat Smagulova, who has gained more than 15 years of experience in producing over the years of working in cinema. The film is about the touching friendship of two unusual people: Damir with a difficult past and an autistic teenager Kostya. This is a story about social adaptation, inclusion and the value of kindness and mutual understanding.The author of the script is Zhanna Timofeeva (debut), and the production designer is Elena Aitova (also debut). Alexander Plotnikov became the director of photography.The film was shot in the spring of 2024 in Almaty and Talgar district of Almaty region. Exemption of individuals from submitting declarations of assets and liabilities 22.11.2024
Today, within the framework of three stages, more than 4 million people have already entered the universal declaration system, including civil servants, heads of the quasi-public sector, business representatives and their spouses, this is about 4.8 million people.For the convenience of the population, electronic services for submitting declarations through the Taxpayer's Office were implemented (cabinet.salyk.kz ), the E-Government web portal (egov.kz ), mobile applications "e-Salyq Azamat" (tax wallet), "eGov mobile", "Halyk", "Bank Center credit" and "Kaspi".For the remaining category of citizens, the obligation to submit declarations will arise in 2025. In particular, stage 4 was supposed to cover pensioners, housewives, students, etc., this is about 8 million people.In implementation of the instruction of the Head of State on the revision of approaches to universal declaration, it was proposed to exempt this category of citizens from submitting declarations of assets and liabilities, with the exception of persons with assets outside the country.This is also facilitated by the digitization of government agencies' databases, a high proportion of non-cash payments (86%), automated tax control, data exchange on financial accounts within the framework of international agreements, as well as the wide availability of digital services.The Ministry of Finance proposed to maintain the obligation to submit a declaration of assets and liabilities (TNF 250.00) for persons with assets abroad, candidates for elective office, for public office and equivalent, as well as for those wishing to become major participants in banks, the securities market, insurance organizations.Citizens will also be given the right to voluntarily submit a declaration of assets and liabilities.We note that the obligation to submit an annual income and property declaration (TNF 270.00) for civil servants, managers, founders of quasi-public and private companies (including owners of shares over 25% or more), their spouses, as well as persons with assets outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) who have received income taxed independently it is saved.Additionally, it is proposed to establish a similar obligation for persons who have made large purchases worth more than 20,000 MCI (74 million tenge).Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/minfin/press/news/details/886419
