A new milk processing enterprise of "Siver+" LLP was launched in the Shemonaikha district of the East Kazakhstan region on the basis of the former oil factory. The production capacity is 30 tons of milk per day.The enterprise is equipped with modern technological equipment: four yeast brewers, a curd bath, a pasteurization device and other systems providing a complete cycle of milk processing are installed. Also, a milk reception point with a capacity of 29 tons per day and an additional point with a capacity of 2.5 tons of raw materials per day from farmers and private farms were opened.Currently, 2-2.5 tons of milk are processed daily, and natural products - kefir, cottage cheese and sour cream under the trade mark "Nastole" are produced.From the beginning of 2025, these products will be sold in trade networks in the Karaganda region, and military in the regions of Semey, Zhetysu, Almaty and SKO. is being delivered to departments.There is a plan to develop the production step by step.
