The notorious case of a low-quality course on state procurement revenue was put to an end in Taldykorgan. Some consumers, hoping to win "profitable tenders" and get their money back, even went so far as to take out loans."The department's employees provided legal assistance to consumers in preparing pre-trial documents against this entrepreneur and demanded a response within 10 days. As part of its implementation, it is planned to revise all regulatory legal acts, strengthen the requirements for ensuring industrial safety, develop science and create relevant centers, as well as increase the human resources potential and legal status of state inspectors, taking into account the digitalization of facilities," the minister said. Currently, individual requirements for industrial safety are being revised. Within the framework of the draft law on civil protection, the requirements for emergency rescue services are being tightened, requirements for production control are being strengthened, and new obligations for owners of hazardous production facilities to update and modernize equipment are provided.
