Today, the regional governor Beibut Isabayev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan Bakhtiyor Ibragimov. In connection with the appointment of elections to replace the resigned deputies of the maslikhats in single-mandate territorial constituencies on March 30, 2025, the Atyrau Regional Territorial Election Commission, together with the Atyrau Regional Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, will hold a special session on the topic "Elections in single-mandate territorial constituencies" from February 10-19, 2025. organized training seminars on the topic "Features of organizing and conducting elections to replace the resigned deputies of maslikhats."  The training seminars covered 56 members of 8 city, district territorial election commissions and 435 members of 87 single-mandate territorial district election commissions. Members of the regional territorial election commission who gave lectures at the training seminars gave detailed answers to the questions of the participants and shared their experiences. In March, training seminars will be organized on this topic for 1,085 members of 276 precinct election commissions in the region.
