From June 1 to October 30 of this year, the psychologists of the CCI conducted 602 individual consultations. In 5 districts of the city there are offices for providing free psychological and counseling assistance to students, parents and teachers (on the basis of the Central Research Center, residential complex "Nursaya-2", SHL No. 11, School No. 105, SHG No. 22, SHG No. 92, SHG 10). Since the beginning of the year, 362 children and 407 parents have received psychological consultations. In Astana, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Svetlana Zhakupova, a regular meeting of the Coordinating Council in the field of social protection of persons with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the Coordinating Council) was held, during which the main approaches of the draft Concept of Inclusive Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030 were presented and discussed.The meeting was attended by deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, advisers to regional akims on issues of persons with disabilities, representatives of government agencies and non-governmental organizations.During the event, Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Askarbek Yertayev presented the key campaigns of the draft Concept of Inclusive Policy (hereinafter - the Concept) aimed at improving the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities (hereinafter – LSI).He noted that the main conceptual innovation is the creation of conditions for the transition from a medico-social to a socio-human rights model of disability."New approaches to the implementation of an inclusive policy provide for the adoption of a set of effective measures aimed at realizing the rights, expanding the opportunities of LSI, creating the necessary conditions for their full–fledged social integration into society," the Vice Minister stressed.Askarbek Yertayev elaborated on the key areas of the Concept: equality and non-discrimination, legal protection and access to justice, an adequate standard of living and social protection, an inclusive labor market and an industrial environment, inclusive education, a barrier-free environment and accessibility of services.After that, Vice Minister of Tourism and Sports Serik Zharasbayev initiated a discussion on the implementation of LSI rights in the field of tourism and sports, the development of Paralympic and Deaflympic sports.Vice Minister of Transport Maksat Kaliakparov informed about the measures taken to improve the situation of transportation of persons with disabilities by rail, road and air transport.The head of Aktobe NGO "Ramp-Ok" Shahan Zhuldasbayev raised issues of transport services and benefits for LSI in his report.At the end of the speakers' presentations, the participants of the Coordinating Council held a discussion, during which the directions of further work provided for in the draft Concept of Inclusive Policy were positively assessed.Earlier, the draft Concept was supported by members of the Public Council of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/enbek/press/news/details/877772

In order to implement mechanisms to stabilize prices for socially important food products in Almaty, JSC SEC Almaty concluded a loan agreement with the poultry farm of JSC Alatau-kus. As part of the agreement, prices for chicken meat (ham and thigh) of the producer will be fixed in the city.The price of products on the shelves in the company stores of JSC "Alatau-kus" and shops at home in Almaty will be no more than 1,100 tenge per kilogram.The total volume of the contract is 1,818 tons.
