Fire safety and video surveillance systems are also installed.– Previously, the emergency medical teams of Balkhash were stationed in separate rooms at the hospital. Working conditions needed to be improved. In this regard, it was decided to reconstruct the old building. There are six ambulance crews at the substation, which serve up to 30 thousand calls during the year. Two round-the-clock control posts. There are rest rooms, three boxes for cars – washing, parking and repair, – said acting director of the regional ambulance station Akylbek Sarbayev.During a working trip to Balkhash, Akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev stressed that these decisions will improve the quality of medical care for 80 thousand residents of the Balkhash region. Also, in order for Balkhash residents to receive timely medical care without the need to travel to the regional center, 25 young specialists were attracted to the interdistrict hospital: anesthesiologists, intensive care specialists, traumatologists, neuropathologists, obstetricians, gynecologists, neonatologists, pediatricians, general practitioners, etc. Another 12 doctors are studying at the residency and will come to work in Balkhash next year. The medical facility is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment. The Center provides comprehensive medical, social and psychological assistance. There is also a public reception "Halyk Kenesa", where residents can leave their appeals. A healthy lifestyle room and a health school are open for everyone.– Here the symbiosis of medical, social and psychological services is the principle of family medicine. A multidisciplinary team, which includes a family doctor, a visiting nurse, an obstetrician, a psychologist and a social worker, deal with a specific family, identify the causes leading to diseases. The center will operate on the principle of "5 minutes through the eyes of the patient". Already at the reception, the patient should receive the information he needs in 5 minutes. There are two information tables at the entrance, there is a system administrator who answers questions. This year, our staff has been replenished with five family doctors from different universities in Kazakhstan," says Serikbol Tusupbekov, director of the Balkhash Multidisciplinary Hospital.– You all know about the initiative of the Head of State to support medicine, modernize this area and provide high-quality medical services to the population. As part of this assignment, we are opening medical facilities and introducing innovations – and all this in order to provide high-quality services to the population. For our part, we financially support such initiatives. Our first priority is to open as many such facilities as possible. To do this, we will build housing, provide lifting facilities for specialists to work in these medical institutions," said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.
