A QH Rehabilitation Center has been opened in Karaganda on the basis of a multidisciplinary regional children's hospital.This is the first medical facility in the region where children with neuro-orthopedic disorders will receive assistance.The center will be able to receive up to 600 children each year.Rehabilitation treatment for young patients will be free of charge – at the expense of the MSHI system.Special attention is paid to the training of specialists.A multidisciplinary team has been formed to work with children, which includes neurologists, rehabilitologists, speech therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, physical therapy instructors and occupational therapists.All of them have received special training.An individual program will be developed for each child to help them recover and socialize as effectively as possible.It is worth noting that for almost a year the regional hospital has been operating an Early Intervention Center for children from 3 months to 3 years old.
