Development of the Zerendinsky district: prospects and plans 27.11.2024
Akim of Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov held a meeting with residents of Zerendinsky district, where he discussed key issues of the district's development. The head of the region focused special attention on the industrial potential of the district. The contribution of the Zerendinsky district to the total industrial production of the region is 24.8%, thanks to the work of the largest gold mining factory of Altyntau Kokshetau JSC. However, without taking into account this enterprise, the share of the district is reduced to 2%, which requires measures to diversify the industry. In particular, the mayor noted the importance of developing the production of ethyl alcohol, which can be used in industries such as the production of beverages, cosmetics, perfumes and fuels, which will create new opportunities for economic growth. The district demonstrates high performance in the agro-industrial complex. This year, the yield of grain crops amounted to 21 kg/ha, which is almost 2.3 times higher than last year's result."For the further development of the industry, farmers need to actively introduce crop diversification, increase the area of oilseeds and forage crops, as well as expand the introduction of new technologies," said Marat Akhmetzhanov. In addition, livestock farming is developing in the area, large feedlots and farms are operating, and in the next two years it is planned to introduce a dairy farm for 400 heads. To increase the investment attractiveness, the head of the region instructed to focus on the development of the food industry, the construction industry, as well as the organization of the production of bricks and ceramic tiles. The initiative to create an industrial zone at the Karagai station was also announced, taking into account the existing infrastructure opportunities.Tourism has become another key area of discussion. The Zerendinsky resort area, located on the territory of the Kokshetau State National Natural Park, has great potential, but the annual tourist flow still remains at the level of 30 thousand people. The Mayor noted the need to attract investors, implement infrastructure projects and support enterprises that produce products for tourists, including souvenirs and local delicacies.Marat Akhmetzhanov emphasized the role of state support aimed at improving the lives and incomes of villagers. These are the projects "Auyl Amanaty", preferential financing under the programs "Ken Dala", "With a diploma to the village", etc.Positive changes have taken place in the healthcare sector. The issues of housing and road construction, housing and communal services, education and others were also touched upon during the meeting. "The district is self-sufficient, covering its current expenses at the expense of its own income, but dependence on the regional budget still remains. The district's leadership needs to work on increasing the revenue side of the budget, which will solve many social and infrastructure issues," M. Akhmetzhanov summed up.In conclusion, a number of residents who contributed to the socio–economic development of the district were marked with the badge "Akmola - enbek ozaty" with monetary certificates, the medal "100 years of S.K. Nurmaganbetov", letters of thanks from the akim of the region. At a personal reception, residents of the district raised housing issues, land issues, road repairs and others. Production of autoclave aerated concrete block and its impact on the country's economy 27.11.2024
Due to the increasing demand and volume of construction in the country, in particular in the Mangystau region, as well as taking into account the difficulties and costs of transporting aerated concrete blocks from neighboring countries and cities, a plant for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete block was commissioned to simplify the construction process for local construction companies and private consumers. This material is made from environmentally friendly raw materials: quartz sand, lime, cement, water and aluminum paste. The chemical reaction between these components leads to the release of hydrogen, which forms spherical air pores. Ready-made autoclave aerated concrete blocks are obtained as a result of heat treatment in specially equipped furnaces, called autoclave furnaces. Pressure up to 12 atmospheres and a temperature of about 190 ° C are exposed inside the material. Thanks to this treatment, the gas block hardens faster and becomes more durable than a non-autoclave one.ARTEX Machinery company was founded in 2020. The production workshop covers an area of more than 7,500 m2, and the warehouse is 2,500 m2, which allows you to store goods with a volume of up to 5,000 m3.The daily capacity of the plant is 200-350 m3. 120 units of labor are involved in the production process, including representatives of vulnerable segments of the population. This means that as productivity increases, we are ready to create additional jobs. The company pays great attention to the quality of its products, which is confirmed by certificates of conformity and tests. There is also a certificate of origin of the product in the form "CT-KZ", certifying that the country of origin of the product is the Republic of Kazakhstan, and production is based on Turkish technology. At the moment, large developers working in the Mangystau region are purchasing imported aerated concrete blocks from Iran, which reduces the share of domestic value in the procurement of building materials. Meanwhile, an automated technological line for the production of aerated concrete blocks of autoclave hardening has been put into operation in Aktau since 2024. The manufactured products are of high quality, which allows us to meet all the needs of the region. If necessary, the ARTEX Machinery LLP plant is ready to increase production capacity. It is worth noting that the growth of construction contributes to the development of the market. The increase in the volume of construction of residential, commercial and industrial facilities requires an increase in the production of domestic building materials.Among the advantages of local aerated concrete blocks compared to those imported from Iran are the creation of additional jobs, the use of Kazakhstani raw materials, tax deductions, reduced logistics costs, a high level of service and technical support, high quality, confirmed by certificates and test protocols. The funds received are invested in the development and expansion of industrial production, while remaining within the country. Recycling of fuel production waste into the waste space 27.11.2024
Currently, Kazzinc LLP is completing the construction of the Ridder boiler house with a capacity of 210 MW, which will burn about 140 thousand tons of coal annually. Due to the fact that the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan prohibits the placement of landfills of ash and slag waste within settlements, the issue of their disposal in the amount of up to 80 thousand tons has become acute. The scientific staff of the laboratory of geotechnological processes of the branch of the RSE "NC KPMS RK" "Vniitsvetmet" has developed an environmentally safe technology for the disposal of ash and slag waste from the Ridder boiler house in the volume of 80 thousand tons per year in the laying of the developed spaces at the Ridder-Sokolny mine of the East Kazakhstan GOK. Regulations have been developed for the reconstruction project of the concrete-laying complex. The developed technology for recycling boiler room waste into the worked-out space of the mine will not only ensure their environmentally safe disposal, but also make up for the shortage of inert aggregate during the production of laying works at the Ridder-Sokolny mine, reduce cement consumption.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mps/press/news/details/891167
