THE PREMIERE OF A NEW PLAY TOOK PLACE AT THE RAIYMBEK SEITMETOV THEATER 16.11.2024
The premiere of a new play took place today at the Rayymbek Seitmetov Turkestan Musical and Drama Theater. The Prime minister was visited by Deputy akim of the region Yertai Altaev and head of the regional department of Culture Azimkhan Koilybaev, representatives of the intelligentsia, residents and guests of the city. The play "Jean Pida" was staged by the winner of the Order of "Kurmet", the laureate of the prize named after him.Makhambeta, artistic director of the Atyrau Youth Theater Mukangali Tomanov. According to the director, the main goal of the production obliges every person from today to take up the preservation of the natural world and fulfill this duty, not forgetting that only he is responsible for all life on earth. In the middle of the XX century, the novel of the writer, public and statesman, people's writer of Kyrgyzstan Aitmatov "Jean Pida" became a peculiar phenomenon in literature, as if strengthening the continuity of the Kazakh-Kyrgyz peoples, whose spiritual world and cultural life developed like two ends of a stick. In the work, echoes of Chingiz's style are traced for the first time in the relationship between nature and man. The author's scales account for the bee mass of a man, the so-called "lord of the mind", and a wild beast, a beast that is rated as wild, with low thinking. In the novel, the relationship between man and nature is described around Akkurt and Tashainar. The wolves that smoked the Moyinkum steppes and went out on the slopes of Ala-Karas did not find gunpowder in this area either. The violence did not come from abuse, but from how a human footprint appeared, in the same area where evil began to ugly triumph. Thus, the author seems to expose the cruelty and mistreatment of man with nature. The play presents wild, direct and civilized times, as well as the way of thinking, mercy and intercession of humanity. The viewer was convinced that the law of nature, not violated by mindless creatures, is violated not by hunger, but by satiety, the decline of human values and lowness.Director Mukangali Tomanov previously staged the performances "the missing event" and "loneliness" in this theater. The main roles were performed by the leading actors of the theater: Ayaz Ilyasov, Shaken Amanturov, Gulzada Aitbayeva, Nurzhan Iztaev, Kamshat Ashtekova, Baglan Tulendiev, Zhasulan Turganbayev, Jadira Seydakhmetova and many others. "Warm asphalt" technology is being tested in Kazakhstan 16.11.2024
The Kazakhstan Road Research Institute (KazdorNII) is testing the technology of "warm asphalt" on highways of national importance. This innovation promises to expand the possibilities of road construction in the cold season, which is especially important for northern Kazakhstan. According to road construction standards, the temperature of the asphalt concrete mix during laying should be at least 125-130 degrees, and asphalt can only be laid at an air temperature of + 5 degrees and above. However, scientists have developed a complex additive that allows you to cook the mixture at 90 degrees and stack it at temperatures up to -10 degrees. This decision is especially relevant for the northern regions of the republic, where the construction season is limited to 3-4 months. The essence of the development is to create a "warm asphalt concrete mixture": special additives reduce the temperature threshold of preparation and laying of the material, while preserving all the physical and mechanical properties of the coating. The use of this mixture can significantly reduce energy consumption at the stages of preparation and compaction of asphalt, reducing costs and environmental impact. The Institute's specialists also emphasize that the complex additive helps to improve the adhesion between binders and mineral materials. This allows not only to reduce the cooking temperature, but also to ensure high strength and wear resistance of the coating.Laboratory tests of KazdorNIA in Almaty confirmed that the physical and mechanical properties of the warm asphalt concrete mixture correspond to the indicators of standard hot asphalt concrete. Moreover, the new mixture demonstrates increased water resistance and retains strength at low temperatures, which makes it more resistant to harsh climatic conditions. The possibility of laying at 90 degrees without loss of compaction coefficient will be an important advantage for road works in the cold season. The Institute tested the technology on sections of the Kurty-Burylbaytal highway of national importance. If successfully tested, this technology will extend the road laying season, accelerate the implementation of major infrastructure projects, reduce energy costs and reduce carbon emissions associated with heating asphalt concrete. The use of warm asphalt also opens up prospects for better road repairs in cities and remote areas, where sudden temperature changes negatively affect the durability of the coating.
