He was a state inspector of the State Control Sector and the territorial and Organizational Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the office of the Akim of the South Kazakhstan region, head of the Department of organizational, control and personnel work of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the office of the Akim of Shymkent, Director of the Department of Entrepreneurship Development of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Executive Secretary of the city branch of the party "AMANAT" in Nur Sultan.
