The Ministry of Culture and Information continues to summarize the results of 2024. Special attention should also be paid to providing residential buildings with engineering infrastructure.As part of the "Concept for the development of housing and communal infrastructure for 2023-2029", 701.6 thousand square meters of housing were planned to be commissioned this year from all sources of financing. In accordance with the action plan to ensure economic growth, it is planned to build 863.9 thousand square meters of housing. Since the beginning of the year, 772.6 thousand square meters (109.9 percent) have been commissioned.As of today, one school has been commissioned, three schools are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year, and six more are planned to be built next year. Within the framework of the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare", 5.2 billion tenge was allocated from the budget for the construction of 15 medical facilities.According to the Auyl – el Besigi project, 1.5 billion tenge was allocated for the construction of an outpatient clinic, eight sports complexes, four rural clubs and eight engineering networks. 39.1 billion tenge was provided for housing construction, as well as the purchase of ready-made apartments from private developers, and by the end of the year it is planned to hand over the keys to almost 2,500 apartments to residents.Six seven-storey mortgage houses have been built on the left bank of the regional center. It was planned to purchase 1,954 ready–made apartments from private developers, 317 apartments have been purchased in Kyzylorda today, and 538 in the districts. In 2023, the district budget was more than KZT 13.3 billion, this year it reached more than KZT 17.8 billion and increased by 25%. This year, KZT 2.1 billion were allocated for the repair of roads. A public procurement competition was announced for the construction of a bridge over the railway in the village of Zhosaly. The villages of Zhosaly, Toretam and the village district of Akai have been connected to the gas pipeline. This year, gasification of the city of Baikonur began. A land plot of 7 hectares was allocated to the company in the industrial zone of Ondiris in the regional capital. The cost of construction is KZT 2.3 billion, and production capacity will be 90 million bricks annually. There are currently 20 employees and 11 units of equipment on the site. As of now, all the necessary equipment has been delivered and installation will begin next February. Production will be fully automated.The regional akim informed the adviser about the construction of a new thermal power plant. The project is being implemented by Aksa Energy, a Turkish company that has invested KZT 127 billion in the facility. Deputy Prime Minister Tamara Duisenova and the Akim of the region, Nurlybek Nalibayev, met with medical workers from the regional multidisciplinary hospital. Representatives from the industry ministry and regional healthcare workers also attended the meeting.Speaking to the audience, the head of the region emphasized the importance of improving the quality of medical care for the population.According to the Akim, the national project "Modernization of Rural Healthcare" and the state program "Aul - El Besigi" are being successfully implemented in the country. Over the past 11 months, the region has shown positive trends in key indicators. As part of the national project, 27 medical facilities are planned for construction. On the eve of the Independence Day, the regional akim, Nurlybek Nalibayev, handed over the keys to 6 new 7-story residential buildings with 84 apartments for residents who were on the waiting list for accommodation. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister, Tamara Diusenova, who had come to the Kyzylorda region on a work visit, as well as heads of relevant industries, veterans of labor and residents of the city.The head of the region congratulated the new settlers and emphasized the achievements in the construction sector of the region.In his address to the nation, President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich noted that it was necessary to develop a unified housing policy in the country. The main goal is to increase the availability of housing to the population. With the support of the head of state, within the framework of national programs, over the past two years, 4,000 apartments have been transferred, and 17,000 residents' housing issues have been resolved. Since the beginning of this year, 1,500 households have celebrated housewarming. This year, KZT34.1 billion was allocated from the budget for the construction of 2.5 thousand new apartments, which were transferred into use. Thus, the volume of housing construction increased by 126%.With the support of the head of state, our region has become a vibrant construction site and the center of development. Since last year, seven, nine, and twelve-storey buildings have been built. Today we are celebrating the joy of five hundred families. Positive dynamics continue in all major indicators of socio-economic development and the region has taken the leading position in the republic. Two years ago, the region's budget was KZT 364 billion. Today it is twice as much and amounts to KZT 750 billion. These enormous funds are used to solve the most pressing issues in the area, improve the quality of life for residents, and implement large-scale infrastructure projects.The electricity supply projects for the population amount to 38. This will reduce the number of outdated power lines from 66% to 62%. On gasification, 20 projects worth KZT 30 billion 500 million are being implemented. By the end of this year, the gasification rate in the region will be 78%. KZT 5 billion 300 million will be spent on projects aimed at providing centralized drinking water supply to the population. Also, KZT 43 billion 300 million was spent on repairing more than 300 km of roads. During her working visit to Kyzylorda region, Deputy Prime Minister Tamara Duissenova met with the heads of sports institutions.At the meeting, the head of the region, Nurlybek Nalibayev, focused on the work on the development of sports infrastructure, upcoming projects and ongoing initiatives."Coordinated work is underway in the region with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Kazakhstan, large–scale events are being held," N.Nalibayev said. There are 1,490 sports facilities in the region. The population's provision rate for sports facilities is 44 percent, and 32,8597 people are systematically engaged in physical education and sports. There are 640 coaches and teachers in 22 sports schools in the region, and 22,266 children are involved.
