Since 2019, she has been under the supervision of a gastroenterologist, and was diagnosed with class B viral etiology liver cirrhosis according to the Child-Turcotte-Pugh classification. She received outpatient and inpatient treatment. The disease was complicated by portal hypertension, edema, and hypersplenism syndrome, which worsened the patient's condition. Despite long-term treatment, her condition deteriorated, and a liver transplant was the only chance to save her life.The patient's 19-year-old daughter, Elvira Sakhavitdinova, underwent a comprehensive medical examination as a donor.The liver transplant was carried out on the basis of the Turkestan Regional Clinic by specialists from the National Scientific Center for Surgery and under the supervision of Academician B. Baimakhanov. Within the framework of this operation, V.Mutagirov, M. Zhumabekova (anesthesiologists), M. Doskhanov, S. Tileuov, Zh.Ospan (surgeons) and specialists of the regional clinical hospital actively worked.Currently, the patient is under the dynamic supervision of doctors. A broiler poultry farm with a capacity of 48,000 tons per year will be built in the Turkestan region 21.02.2025
"Karkyn Trade" LLP is building a vertically integrated broiler poultry farm in the Turkestan region with a capacity of 48,000 tons of meat per year. This project is aimed at meeting the growing demand for poultry meat in the domestic and foreign markets.Currently, the enterprise includes a meat processing plant with a capacity of 12,000 tons of finished products per year, and a feedlot for 2,000 heads.The project to expand production capacity is designed for 5 years.In 2026, 16,000 tons of poultry meat will be produced in the first stage, while in 2028 the production capacity will be increased to 32,000 tons, and by 2030 - to 48,000 tons. In the West Kazakhstan region, there is a risk of fish death due to the lack of dissolved oxygen in the water due to the formation of an ice layer in small water bodies.Inspectors of the Ural-Caspian Inter-basin Fisheries Inspection are carrying out complex work to save fish on behalf of the Fisheries Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
