The capital's municipal services are working around the clock. Snow removal work is being carried out day and night, the official website of the Astana akimat reports.On the morning of February 5, 2,608 road workers and 1,689 special equipment were mobilized for snow removal.On the night of February 5, municipal services removed more than 51 thousand cubic meters of snow from the city in 3,757 flights.Since the beginning of the winter season, municipal services have removed more than 4 million 987 thousand cubic meters of snow from the city to landfills in 390,181 flights.First of all, according to the rules, places with the highest traffic intensity are cleared to avoid traffic jams on the roads. Also, areas with medium intensity - squares, areas near train stations, sidewalks, entrances to social facilities, etc. will be cleaned.Cleaning of central streets, places where passenger transport routes pass, stops and sidewalks is also a priority.There are several equipped snow polygons in the city.
