They studied the domestic and international experience of personnel training in order to create regional standards and discussed staffing issues. Applying the method of foresight forecasting in the labor market, the project experts determined the theoretical, methodological and scientific-methodological foundations for training specialists in accordance with modern requirements. Within the framework of the project, organizational and methodological support for the introduction of regional standards is of particular importance, as it contributes to the creation of a sustainable training system for the economy of Kazakhstan. At the foresight session, an analysis of the needs for new professions was carried out, educational programs were developed and professional standards were updated. The work covered three key areas – transport and logistics, oil and gas and petrochemical industries, as well as education. The fundamental changes expected in these areas in the next 10-15 years and their political, technological and social consequences were discussed. Based on the results of the foresight, a working group consisting of employees of Utebayev University and Atyrau University plans to prepare articles, monographs and educational materials, said Akmaral Zhalgasbayeva, head of the regional office of the My Profession is My Future project. Large-scale modernization of engineering infrastructure continues in the Karaganda region. 14 heat supply projects are being implemented in Karaganda, Balkhash, Temirtau and Shakhtinsk for 31.5 billion tenge. 17 km of main heating networks have been put in order. In addition, special attention is paid to providing drinking water to remote settlements. This year, water supply will be established in 14 villages. After modernization, two hospitals in Temirtau and Balkhash became inter-district. This will allow residents of the region to significantly improve access to medical care.Qualified medical personnel are supported and attracted to the region. In two years, 236 medical workers were given apartments. The clustering of secondary specialized institutions in eight leading technical areas has begun in the region.Young specialists will join the ranks of workers at local enterprises. There are all the necessary conditions for this: the established experience of secondary vocational education, a network of colleges with a rich history, manufacturing enterprises combining knowledge and experience, qualified teaching staff.The upbringing and education of the younger generation is one of the priorities in the region. According to the "Comfortable School" program, 10 educational institutions are planned to be built in the region. Construction began in 2023. TURKISH CENTER OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND CULTURE OPENED IN ALMATY The opening ceremony of the Turkish Center for Education, Science and Culture of the University of Duzce took place at the Almaty University of Humanities and Economics (ASUE). The event was attended by the Rector of the University of Duzce, Professor, Dr. Nedim Sezbir, as well as the Consul of the Republic of Turkey, Razan Azhar. The creation of the center opens up new horizons for strengthening educational and cultural ties between Kazakhstan and Turkey. It provides students with the opportunity to study Turkish for free, participate in an additional program on inclusive education, as well as receive double diplomas. The Center will also become a platform for joint research and educational activities, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experience between the two countries.
