At the age of 19, she got married and lived with her husband for 33 years. However, at the age of 52, the woman became a widow and was left alone with four children. Over time, fate dealt her new heavy blows — after the death of her husband, she lost three sons. The only daughter, after graduating from high school, got married and went to live abroad. For more than forty years, mother and daughter have been in touch only by phone.          Despite all the difficulties of life, Sarah Mustafievna did not break down. She continued to work hard and do her best for the future of her children. For more than twelve years, the woman worked as a dispatcher at a railway station, and then for about ten years as a salesman at a regional grocery store. With her hard work and perseverance, she tried to give her children a decent education and a life support.           Today, the pensioner lives alone in a small house. Social workers help her in everyday life, but this winter, due to heavy snowfalls, the courtyard and windows of the house were practically covered with snow. The snowdrifts were so high that even during the day the lights had to be turned on in the house. Due to the obstruction in the courtyard, the woman could not go to the well and get water and go grocery shopping.            The staff of the institution came to the pensioner to help her cope with everyday difficulties. На заседании Проектного офиса внедрения Налогового кодекса, прошедшем под председательством заместителя Премьер-министра  – министра национальной экономики Серика Жумангарина, Комитет государственных доходов презентовал проект нового сервиса в Кабинете налогоплательщика, который позволит работодателям производить расчеты и уплату обязательных платежей с фонда оплаты труда в одно нажатие.Вопрос упрощения механизма уплаты налогов и социальных платежей с фонда оплаты труда неоднократно поднимался предпринимателями и бухгалтерским сообществом и ранее рассматривался на площадке Проектного офиса.Сегодня работодатели осуществляют порядка 7-8 различных социальных платежей за работников, каждый из которых рассчитывается по отдельной методике. Новый сервис позволит автоматически рассчитывать все необходимые платежи с учетом действующих льгот и особенностей отдельных категорий работников, а также формировать и направлять платежные документы в банк.Благодаря интеграции с государственными информационными системами сервис сможет учитывать статус работников и применять соответствующие режимы расчета. Также предусматривается возможность ведения табеля рабочего времени, на основании которого будут автоматически производиться необходимые начисления.Ожидается, что внедрение сервиса позволит существенно снизить административную нагрузку на субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса, в том числе отказаться от необходимости представления формы 200.00.Как отметил председатель Комитета государственных доходов Жандос Дуйсембиев, использование сервиса будет полностью добровольным. На первом этапе механизм планируется внедрить для субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса, а в дальнейшем распространить и на крупные предприятия, после интеграции с бухгалтерскими системами.Сервис позволит автоматизировать расчеты по социальным платежам, минимизировать ошибки при заполнении документов и повысить прозрачность расчетов между работодателем и работником.Пилотный запуск сервиса планируется в сентябре текущего года.        From June 01 to 05, 2026, the Training-Methodical Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted a specialized course on “Updating and Conducting Special Training Courses for X-Ray Television System Operators.” The training was held at the Center’s premises for employees of the territorial bodies of state revenues and officers of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      The main goal of the course was to improve the quality of control at border crossing points, ensuring the effective interaction of both equipment and operators. Special emphasis was placed on qualified analysis of scanned images produced by X-ray television systems (XTS) and on verifying the data contained in accompanying documents.      The course program included the following key modules:studying the operating principles of Rapiscan, Rapiscan DV, Smith-Heimann, and Heimann-container X-ray television systems;training exercises to develop visual perception and improve the detection of dangerous items (grenades, synthetic drugs, knives, improvised explosive devices) from various angles;profiling methods and identification of passengers who may pose a potential threat based on nonverbal indicators;detecting signs of concealed transport of weapons, explosives, ammunition, and preventing attempts of illegal movement of prohibited items and contraband.      For the training and testing of XTS operators, the program included the Simfox simulator, which enabled participants to improve the following skills:detection of weapons;identification of explosives and detonating devices;prevention of drug smuggling and other prohibited goods;accurate description and proper use of X-ray television systems.     As part of the practical training, participants underwent instruction at the “Auezhai-Astana” customs post using demonstration samples—mock-ups of narcotic substances, prohibited items, explosives, foreign currency, jewelry. The trainees demonstrated strong results, particularly in identifying explosive materials.
