The population's need for coal in the heating season in the region is 428.5 thousand tons. To date, 98% of this required volume has been sold to the population. In preparation for the heating season, repairs have been carried out on 2 turbines, 40 boiler houses, 156 km of water pipelines and 13.5 km of heating systems, 1.1 thousand km of electrical networks and 134 transformer substations."This year, a number of heating system projects will be implemented. For example, it is planned to launch the first stage of a gas turbine station on the basis of the "Baskuat" boiler house in Taldykorgan, with a capacity of 26 MW of electricity and 19 Gcal/h of heat energy, by the next heating season at the expense of private investment. The project will be implemented in 5 stages. As a result of its implementation, 315 MW of electricity and 252 Gcal/h of heat energy will be produced. The project is expected to be fully completed in 2027. Also, work is underway to implement the first stage of the project to modernize and expand the existing CHP by installing a new combined heat and power plant with a capacity of 21 MW in Tekeli city at the expense of private investments. Both projects received a positive conclusion from the state expert examination and are aimed at financing from the republican budget. After the implementation of these projects, an additional 70,000 m3 of water will arrive in the city per day, which will allow to fully solve the problem of water supply to residential areas," the head of the department specified.To solve the problem of deterioration of water supply networks, it is planned to implement 13 projects in the region. The Ministry of Health has issued recommendations to general practitioners, infectious diseases specialists, therapists, obstetricians and gynecologists on providing consultative and diagnostic assistance to pregnant women in cases of influenza, acute respiratory viral infections, acute respiratory viral infections, and pneumonia.Training seminars were organized for 300 medical workers from Zhambyl, Turkestan regions and the city of Shymkent with the participation of Professor of the Astana Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Chief Infectious Diseases Specialist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Kosherova and Chief Specialist of the National Center for Emergency Medicine (NCEM) Gumyrbek Agibayev, and more than 10 pregnant and postpartum women were consulted on the methods of monitoring and caring for them.According to experts, the increase in respiratory infections poses a threat not only with the development of seasonal diseases, but also with complications and unfavorable prognosis.In addition to respiratory infections, cases of pneumonia and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) are currently being registered among the population.
