The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to work on an ongoing basis to open new international routes and increase the number of flights to existing destinations, including by foreign airlines.So, as part of this work, the delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, headed by the Vice Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Lastaev T.T., took part in the ICAO Air Traffic Negotiations event (ICAN-2024), which was held in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).ICAN-2024 was held for the 16th time and is one of the most important ICAO events, which is held in order to organize meetings of the organization's member countries to expand the legal framework for international flights.The event was attended by the President of the ICAO Council, Mr. Salvatore Sciaccitano, and according to the organizers, over 700 participants from more than 70 countries participated, during which about 800 bilateral negotiations were held. Temirtau hosts the international judo tournament 16.11.2024
The XXIII International Judo Tournament "Lights of Magnitogorsk", dedicated to the memory of the Honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amantai Aidarkhanov, has started in Temirtau. Athletes from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan participate in the competition. More than 20 teams will represent almost 700 boys and girls born in 2008-2009.The tournament will be held over four days at the Qarmet Sports Complex. A new fire station will open in Temirtau 16.11.2024
A new fire station will be built in Temirtau. Its necessity has been long overdue. The issue was resolved with the support of the regional akimat.Funds were allocated for the overhaul of the building of the former fire station. The project will support the development of Alatau City as an innovation hub and attract Kazakhstani and Korean investors.
