ЭКА будет работать как с банками второго уровня, так и с другими финансовыми институтами внутри группы «Байтерек», при этом инструменты поддержки предоставляются в обмен на обязательства бизнеса по локализации, индустриализации и привлечению инвесторов.Развитие жилищного строительстваВажным направлением работы станет реализация проектов по обеспечению жильем в моногородах, малых и областных центрах. Это не только улучшит жилищные условия населения, но и создаст стимулы для удержания кадров на местах, особенно в рамках объявленного Года рабочих профессий. В 2025 году по поручению Премьер-министра РК Олжаса Бектенова запущена новая ипотечная программа «Наурыз жұмыскер», ориентированная на специалистов рабочих профессий: промышленность, энергетика, транспорт, сельское хозяйство и водные ресурсы.Основные параметры программы:2 440 займов на сумму 72 млрд тенге;Запуск приема заявок – 17 марта 2025 года;Включение «Наурыз жұмыскер» в программу «Наурыз», расширяя доступ к льготной ипотеке.Холдинг «Байтерек» активно привлекает местных партнеров к реализации программ по обеспечению жильем, в том числе через механизмы АО «Казахстанская жилищная компания». Окончил Акмолинский сельскохозяйственный институт, Северо-Казахстанский государственный университет имени М.
