Nurtas Duysembayev, Senior Prosecutor of the Astana Prosecutor's Office, spoke at a briefing in the Communications Service about monitoring compliance with probation conditions, preventing violations, and providing assistance to this category of people, the official website of the city akimat reports.At the initiative of the metropolitan prosecutor's office, mobile groups were created in the city districts from among employees of the department, probation, local executive body, labor mobility center, guardianship and custody center, psychologists, bailiffs, and local police inspectors to prevent offenses among those registered for probation."Mobile groups are working on a regular basis to study the identity of registered people, check the living conditions of their families, provide assistance in solving household problems, conduct preventive conversations with those registered, organize job fairs, and visit places of deprivation of liberty for preventive purposes.
