KazConstructionGroup: how state support helped to improve production 06.12.2024

The possibility of reimbursement of funds allows plants, factories and workshops to plan the development and modernization of production, thereby increasing their competitiveness in the market. In the fourth quarter of this year, state stimulation measures were provided to KazConstructionGroup, a leading domestic manufacturer of reinforced concrete products - wall foundation blocks, lintels and staircases. The production capacity of the enterprise is 120 thousand cubic meters of concrete per year.QazIndustry reimbursed the company 10.3 million tenge within the framework of the MGS aimed at improving technological processes. The introduction of new technology allowed to produce more products over the same period of time, which significantly improved the financial results of the enterprise.Secondly, this reduction in the production cycle time (the time spent on manufacturing products) has been reduced by 25%. That is, now the company executes orders faster, meeting the needs of more customers and increasing its competitiveness in the market.Thirdly, thanks to the introduction of new equipment and the possibility of increasing the shift of production, the company has created an additional 10 jobs. The main attraction of the tract is a lake surrounded by steep stone walls, whose permanent inhabitants are rare relict marsh turtles. There are many legends associated with Saura. According to one legend, the lake arose from the tears of an unhappy woman who committed suicide after a tragic loss. Another story tells about Beket ata, who, according to legend, flew to Saura on the "black swans of disbelief" to prove the strength of his faith. In addition, archaeological sites such as a ruined Bronze Age fortress, a necropolis and traces of the caravan site of the Great Silk Road have been preserved on the territory of the tract. Burials, artifacts and traces of ancient earthquakes have been found in the fortress, which presumably led to its destruction. Saura is a place where nature, legends and history merge into a single whole, creating a unique atmosphere that attracts tourists and researchers.According to the project manager of the NPU "EcoMangistau" Aliev Javid Zeynelabdin oglu, the Taza Kazakhstan program is an important step towards the development of ecological culture among the population:— Today we see that the participation of young people in environmental actions is not just cleaning of territories, but a conscious contribution to the future of our nature. Each of us can become a part of a great cause — the preservation of the environment. We invite everyone to join the campaign anywhere in the city. Your participation will be an important step towards creating a clean and environmentally safe Kazakhstan. Also, in the Mangystau region, the Ecolider club initiated the Karakol Sakhshylary project within the framework of the small grants program of the Department for Youth Policy of the Mangystau region. This was announced by the mayor of the city, Yerbolat Dosayev, during a session of the maslikhat, at which the budget of the metropolis for 2025-2027 was considered."In order to achieve a new quality of landscaping and expand the green fund, financing of these important priorities will increase by 40%, or 50 billion tenge, to 170.5 billion tenge in 2025," Mayor of Almaty Yerbolat Dosayev said in his speech. To ensure a comfortable urban environment, new Landscaping Rules have been adopted, three-year contracts for complex maintenance of courtyards have been introduced, and approaches to repairing facades of houses along main streets have been revised.Since January 2024, three-year contracts for the maintenance of yards have been concluded for the first time. They cover sanitary cleaning, repair of landscaping elements and maintenance of green areas. This approach eliminates the blurring of contractors' responsibilities and increases work efficiency. 141 units of equipment were purchased for the Almaty Tazalyk Park in 2023-2024, and 32 more units of equipment are planned to be purchased in 2025. The work of Almaty Tazalyk in 2025 will focus on cleaning main streets. As part of the comprehensive work on the development of urban infrastructure in Almaty, new approaches to landscaping are being actively introduced on behalf of the mayor of the city, Yerbolat Dosayev. In 2023-2024, more than 643 thousand green spaces were planted, and by 2030, according to the approved Roadmap, 2.5 million trees and shrubs are planned to be planted. One of the key areas for improving the state of the green fund was the introduction of drip irrigation and automatic irrigation systems. In 2023, 500 thousand trees were covered (200 km of drip irrigation), in 2024 another 110 km was added for 220 thousand trees. In 2025, it is planned to install 120 km of drip irrigation and 168 km of automatic irrigation, which will provide care for 240 thousand trees.Starting in 2025, it is planned to start mass planting of large-sized seedlings: 23 thousand trees over 4 meters high and 4 thousand trees over 6 meters high.In addition, the city will use three-tiered landscaping, including lawns and flower beds (first tier), shrubs and ornamental plants (second tier), as well as large-sized trees (third tier). Yerbolat Dosayev: Three-year contracts for complex maintenance of yards have been introduced in Almaty 06.12.2024
A new principle for the sanitary maintenance of courtyards and the road network has been introduced in Almaty. Mayor of the city Yerbolat Dosayev announced this at an extraordinary session of the city maslikhat, during which the budget of the metropolis for 2025-2027 was considered."For the first time, the Akimat has introduced the practice of concluding three-year contracts for the integrated maintenance of courtyards, which include sanitary cleaning, repair of landscaping elements and maintenance of green areas. To service 4,020 courtyards and 24 million square meters of the street and road network, the 2025 budget provides 27 billion tenge with an increase of 10% compared to 2024," Yerbolat Dosayev said.It should be noted that earlier contests for the maintenance of courtyards and streets were held once a year, and it was unprofitable for contractors to purchase expensive special equipment. This was due to concerns that they might not win the tender next year, which would make such investments unjustified. In this regard, on behalf of the Mayor of Almaty, Yerbolat Dosayev, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of cleaning work in the city, competitions have been held since this year with the conclusion of three-year contracts with the condition of annual indexation of financing. This measure will create a more predictable and sustainable working environment for the development of contractors. In addition, the innovation will avoid downtime in cleaning due to the absence of contractors during the competitive procedures. In turn, contractors will be able to plan expenses for the purchase of equipment and the expansion of staff.Today, sanitary cleaning in Almaty covers 24 million square meters. m of territory; 2,318 streets with a length of 2,777 km; 1,304 km of sidewalks and 1,167 km of irrigation ditches. There are also 4,020 yards cleaned daily in eight districts of the city.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/almaty/press/news/details/897633
