Kazakhstani enterprises continue to receive government support in the form of reimbursement of part of the costs aimed at improving their activities. The possibility of reimbursement of funds allows plants, factories and workshops to plan the development and modernization of production, thereby increasing their competitiveness in the market.In the fourth quarter of this year, state stimulation measures were provided to KazConstructionGroup, a leading domestic manufacturer of reinforced concrete products - wall foundation blocks, lintels and staircases. The production capacity of the enterprise is 120 thousand cubic meters of concrete per year.QazIndustry reimbursed the company 10.3 million tenge within the framework of the MGS aimed at improving technological processes. With these funds, the company purchased new equipment, which significantly increased production efficiency. As a result, the company managed not only to modernize production, but also to improve product quality, speed up order fulfillment and even create additional jobs."The measures of state support from QazIndustry have become an important stage for the development of our enterprise," says Muratbek Mukhambediev, General Director of KazConstructionGroup LLP. "We were able to significantly improve production processes, and this allowed us not only to increase the volume of products, but also to contribute to the development of the economy."The new equipment is designed for pouring finished concrete and feeding it into special molds through a rotary bucket. The technique allowed automating the process and significantly speeding up production.What indicators have been improved after the purchase of equipment due to the reimbursement of part of the company's costs?Firstly, one of the most noticeable results was an increase in the volume of production of reinforced concrete products by as much as 113%. The introduction of new technology allowed to produce more products over the same period of time, which significantly improved the financial results of the enterprise.Secondly, this reduction in the production cycle time (the time spent on manufacturing products) has been reduced by 25%. That is, now the company executes orders faster, meeting the needs of more customers and increasing its competitiveness in the market.Thirdly, thanks to the introduction of new equipment and the possibility of increasing the shift of production, the company has created an additional 10 jobs. This measure not only had a positive effect on employment in the region, but also allowed to increase the efficiency of the entire team. Currently, KazConstructionGroup employs 46 employees.Fourth, savings and increased profitability. The purchased equipment increased the efficiency by 35%, which made it possible to save up to 40% on production costs.
