The document is aimed at increasing the availability of technical means of rehabilitation for persons with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as LSI), which will have a positive impact on their quality of life and socialization into society. To a large extent, these amendments will affect children's wheelchairs. So, for children under 7 years old, all types of wheelchairs are planned to be replaced after three years. For children over the age of 7: indoor – after 5 years, universal – after 4 years.
