The XVII Presidential Olympiad in subjects of the natural and mathematical cycle has ended in Astana. Participants from the Karaganda region won three bronze medals, two educational grants and one certificate of honor.The Presidential Olympiad was held in the capital from November 20 to 22. In total, 190 students of the graduating classes of schools in Kazakhstan participated in it. The kindergarten with 120 places has become an important stage in increasing the accessibility of preschool education. After the reconstruction was completed, the facility was put into operation on June 3 of this year. However, the issue of priority has not yet been fully resolved, and additional jobs have not been created at this stage. During the working trip, options for solving problematic issues related to the launch of a kindergarten were considered. The school building has an area of 1768 sq. m. The university has four sports halls, where 17 coaches work and many young athletes train.
