С 2025 года все акимы районов и городов областного значения будут только избираться», - отметил вице-министр.По словам Б.Омарбекова, наиболее актуальным вопросом является расширение доходных источников сельского бюджета. С момента внедрения IV уровня бюджета (2018 год) динамика поступлений увеличилась в 2 раза. По итогам 2023 года в бюджет IV уровня при плане 308 млрд тенге фактически поступило 320 млрд тенге. Доля самодостаточности составила 21,2 %. «Но этого недостаточно для развития сел. Необходимо увеличивать самодостаточность сельских бюджетов. Работа по расширению доходных источников сельских бюджетов будет продолжена. Ожидается что собственные доходы IV уровня увеличатся в 4 раза», - добавил замглавы МНЭ.Также имеется необходимость пересмотра механизма формирования и расходования бюджета сельских акимов. Работающие с 2018 года на IV уровне бюджетные процессы требуют совершенствования.
