The discharged wastewater must be pre-treated. At the same time, it is prohibited to discharge purified wastewater into facilities used for therapeutic and preventive purposes.To prevent the depletion of water bodies, measures such as the establishment of water use limits, the introduction and application of new water management technologies, water protection measures and others are envisaged."The draft of the new Water Code significantly expands measures for the protection of water bodies and improves the regulation of water use.
