At the same time, he realized that he had the opportunity to use his own clothes, removable shoes, personal hygiene products at will.Eleusizova Nazgul Askarovna, obstetrician-gynecologist of the women's Council: "the doctors of our maternity hospital support natural childbirth, so the doctor only controls the process of childbirth, intervenes and uses medications only for strictly medical reasons. Any manipulations during childbirth are carried out only after a detailed explanation of the need for medical intervention and obtaining the consent of the woman in labor. The department provides highly qualified medical care not only to healthy pregnant women, but also to patients at risk, women with perinatal problems. Women who have a scar on their uterus after a cesarean section are also practiced vaginal delivery. After a comprehensive assessment, including Anamnesis data, we will consider in detail the indications for the previous operation. Naturally, we determine the possibility that the woman herself will give birth. These medical activities are carried out only by experienced Obstetricians-Gynecologists. Our director, obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest category Rakisheva Ayman Galymzhanovna keeps this event under personal control. Operations are performed by a team of Obstetricians-Gynecologists, anesthesiologists, neonatologists. More than 4 million Kazakhstanis are covered by mandatory pension contributions from employers 27.11.2024
In the first nine months of 2024, employers transferred mandatory pension contributions in favor of 4 million 363.2 thousand employees in the amount of 170 billion tenge. As previously reported, since January 1, 2024, Kazakhstan has begun the phased introduction of mandatory employer pension contributions (hereinafter referred to as OPVR) at its own expense in favor of its employees, starting from 1.5% this year to 5% by 2028.The transfer of OPVR by employers will make it possible to provide employees in old age with an additional cumulative pension payment on a lifelong basis. This measure is aimed at supporting the younger generation of Kazakhstanis, whose pensions will directly depend on their pension contributions. Their pension will consist of three components: a basic pension from the state, a funded pension – at the expense of their contributions to the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund and a conditional funded pension - at the expense of contributions from employers. The payment of the OPVR is carried out by employers only for persons born after January 1, 1975.It should be noted that the employer's expenses for the payment of OPVR in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan are attributed to deductions from taxable income. Accordingly, the burden on the employer will remain at an acceptable level.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/enbek/press/news/details/890882
