Нормы законов нацелены на создание правовых условий для развития Туркестана как духовно-культурного, исторического и туристского центра Казахстана, а также защиту историко-культурного наследия и сохранение уникальности духовных объектов.«Важность присвоения особого статуса Туркестану – историческому городу и духовному центру тюркского мира была отмечена Президентом страны Касым-Жомартом Кемелевичем Токаевым на встрече с общественностью региона. Во исполнение поручения Главы государства разработан и одобрен специальный закон, в соответствии с которым предусмотрены комплексные меры по развитию города Туркестан как архитектурного, духовного, историко-культурного и туристического центра Казахстана. 12 февраля 2025 года Министерство национальной экономики РК совместно с АО «Институт экономических исследований» и Программой развития ООН провели семинар по обсуждению проекта Добровольного национального обзора 2025 года.Основная цель мероприятия — инициировать широкое обсуждение проекта Обзора и обменяться мнениями с ключевыми участниками процесса, включая представителей государственных органов, бизнес-сообщества, неправительственных организаций, международных партнеров и независимых экспертов.В ходе своей приветственной речи Заместитель Председателя Сената Парламента РК Ольга Перепечина проинформировала участников о роли Парламента в достижении целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР), подчеркивая важность мониторинга и контроля за их реализацией, а также законодательной поддержки интеграции ЦУР. Она также отметила активное взаимодействие Парламентской комиссии с государственными органами, гражданским обществом и международными экспертами для разработки эффективных решений и оценки достигнутого прогресса.С приветственным словом выступила и Директор Департамента развития социальной сферы, правоохранительных и специальных органов МНЭ РК Нургуль Жанназарова, выразив благодарность представителям неправительственного и гражданского секторов, международным партнерам за сотрудничество. Она подчеркнула, что Казахстан, координируя вопросы экономического роста, социального благосостояния и экологической ответственности, уверенно движется по пути устойчивого развития, создавая достойное будущее для нынешнего и будущих поколений.«В прошлом году был принят ключевой документ - Система государственного планирования - Национальный план развития Республики до 2029 года, который нацелен на ускорение переходных процессов для достижения Целей устойчивого развития», – отметила Нургуль Жанназарова.Также в октябре 2024 года был актуализирован Перечень национальных индикаторов Целей устойчивого развития. Обновленный перечень включает 200 индикаторов, из которых 69 были определены как актуальные. В рамках новой системы государственного планирования проводится декомпозиция индикаторов ЦУР в стратегические документы, в том числе через их локализацию в региональные планы.Нургуль Жанназарова также отметила, что Казахстан уже дважды успешно представлял Добровольный национальный обзор, и в июле текущего года на Политическом форуме высокого уровня в Нью-Йорке страна представит свой третий Обзор. Приоритетные цели будут определяться с учетом мнений различных категорий населения, включая государственные органы, представителей гражданского общества, бизнеса и международных организаций.Исполняющий обязанности Постоянного координатора ООН в Казахстане Стивен О’Малли поблагодарил Правительство Казахстана за постоянное сотрудничество и отметил успехи страны в создании институциональной структуры по контролю за реализацией ЦУР. In 2024, the renovation of the children's playground at the intersection of Musrepov and Bukhar Zhyrau streets in the Bostandyk district of Almaty was completed. During the work, new play complexes were installed, the rubber coating was replaced, the lighting was updated, and new benches and bins were installed.Anita Efremova, a resident of the Bostandyk district, shared her impressions of the playground:"The playground has become a wonderful place to relax on our street. We are grateful to the akimat and contractors for the work done. My grandchildren and I walk here every day - they love it, and the territory is always clean and well-groomed. The improvement of the dividing strip on Abay Avenue was completed. The renovation covered a section of about 3 kilometers from Bayzakov Street to Turgyt Ozal Street. Pavements were laid, an automatic irrigation system, gazebos were installed, and lighting was also completely updated. All urns and benches were replaced, as well as small architectural forms and swings for comfortable recreation of city residents. Lawns were completely renovated, shrubs were planted.This year, 26 projects will be implemented in the district within the framework of the “People's Participatory Budget” program.The “People's Participatory Budget” program, which allows local residents to implement their ideas for updating urban infrastructure, is being successfully implemented in Almaty. Over the past three years, 938 projects worth 39.1 billion tenge have been implemented in the metropolis.The “Participatory Budget” program has become an effective tool for creating a comfortable urban environment, taking into account the wishes of city residents, and the Almaty Akimat intends to support its development.
