Special attention is paid to the quality of construction 26.11.2024
Akim of the region Nurlybek Nalibayev held a special meeting on the progress of the construction of the Rukhaniyat centers and a boarding school of physics and mathematics, and gave a number of instructions to the heads of responsible departments and departments.Currently, Rukhaniyat centers are being built in all districts at the expense of the regional budget. And in Kyzylorda, a 400-bed physics and mathematics boarding school with a 300-bed dormitory is being built – funds for this have been allocated from the Education Infrastructure Support Fund. The head of the region recalled that work at the facilities should be carried out in accordance with approved schedules, at the same time, their quality should be under special control.– As you know, the Rukhaniyat centers in district centers will combine libraries, museums, wedding halls, organizations of veterans, mothers and youth. The construction of facilities must meet all modern requirements – this includes both the interior decoration of buildings, including the quality of the tile coating, as well as landscaping, asphalting and paving stones. Last week I got acquainted with the progress of the construction of a boarding school. Previously, it was instructed to complete the facility by the end of the year. Despite the fact that the necessary amount of funds was allocated on time without any delay, construction work is slow. Equipment, furniture for the building – in short, everything must meet the necessary standards. Heads of relevant departments, akims of the city and districts are responsible for the quality of work and timely delivery of facilities, N.Nalibayev said.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kyzylorda/press/news/details/890558

Cinema without borders: secrets of the films of the first competition day 26.11.2024
A press conference dedicated to the films presented in the competition programs of the XVII International Film Festival "Eurasia" was held in Almaty. On the first day, the audience watched 4 films: "We need to make films about love" (Russia, India, 2022) "Nirvana" (Bangladesh, 2022), "Where the Whores Dance" (Sakha Republic, Russia) and "Melody" (Tajikistan and Iran). At a meeting with the filmmakers, the directors and producers shared unique stories about the creation of their films and revealed the secrets behind their projects.Asif Islam, the director of the film "Nirvana", said that the film was shot in Bangladesh, the work took two years. The idea of the film is that it has no dialogue."Bangladesh is a densely populated country, where it can be very noisy, there is a lot of information, especially verbal. That's why we cut out all the dialogue to focus on the inner emotions of the characters. The film was inspired by Renaissance artists. We wanted to create the effect of a painting on canvas – static, but deep," Asif Islam added.Valeria Motorueva, producer of the film "Where the Sterks Dance", noted that this film became the third largest collection in the Sakha Republic. Spot screenings were held in Russia and at other film festivals."His festival story continues and will continue next year. The magic of Yakut cinema lies in sincerity. Here, people work with a small budget, often at their own expense. A director can shoot today, be a driver tomorrow, and an editor the day after tomorrow. Everyone helps each other, which makes the movie really soulful," the producer noted. In addition, she spoke about the work of composer Moisei Kobyakov: "This is something outstanding. He spent a long time creating the soundtrack, adding the last elements after finishing computer graphics. His music perfectly complements the visual tension of the film."The director of the film "Melody" Behruz Sebt Rasul told about his film:"The film was shot in Iran and Tajikistan. This is a poetic story about a girl who has to create a melody with the help of birdsong. The film has already been nominated by Tajikistan for the Oscar as the best foreign language film."The first day of the competition programs set a high bar for further screenings. The films illustrate how cinema is able to transcend cultural boundaries and speak to an audience in the language of emotion. The Eurasia Film Festival proves once again that art unites people, giving them the opportunity not only to enjoy outstanding works, but also to reflect on the world in which we live. The founder and organizer of the festival is traditionally the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The direct organization of the film festival is entrusted to the National Kazakhfilm Studio named after Shaken Aimanov. It should be noted that the sponsors were: KAZ Minerals Group, Sarens Kazakhstan, Salem Entertainment, Kinopark Theaters cinema chain, Eurasian Resources Group (ERG), Astana Motors.General Partner: Bazis-A company.Information partners: Khabar JSC, Qazaqstan TV channel, NTK TV channel, Europe plus Kazakhstan, Eldoradio, Qazaq Gazetteri, Egemen Qazaqstan, Kazakhstanskaya Pravda, Antenna Kazakhstan, New Generation, ORDA, MIA Kazinform, Arbat Media, El.kz , Baq.kz.
