An anti-corruption computer game was developed by a student from the Abai region 25.11.2024
Nurali Amangeldiev, a student of the ninth grade of the Zhezkent Lyceum school of Borodulikhinsky district, developed a computer game "Incorruptible Alpamys" aimed at forming students' awareness of the harm of corruption and developing a culture of non-acceptance.The game is made in the format of a quest, where the player can choose a role for himself – an undercover agent or a journalist, and also decide against whom the investigation will be conducted: a judge, a prosecutor or a civil servant. Going through various episodes, the player gets acquainted with the basics of the anti-corruption struggle and in the final reveals the corruption scheme.At the moment, the game is used at school as an experiment in basic law lessons. The author plans to present this project in the form of a free mobile application in three languages in the future. To achieve this goal, Nurali sent the million tenge he won last year to further develop the game. With these funds, he purchased VR glasses and special equipment to expand the functionality of the game. The developer also plans to add sayings from Abai's "Words of Edification" to each stage of the game in order to give the game a deep spiritual meaning and help the player make informed decisions."The game was created in the format of a fiction novel based on real cases of corruption. Two more comfortable schools have been opened in Kazakhstan 25.11.2024

Violations were identified by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education and its territorial departments during the monitoring of educational organizations.As the audit showed since the beginning of 2024, 58 schools did not have a license for educational activities. To date, 17 of them have brought the requirements for educational activities into line. In relation to schools conducting unlicensed activities, court orders have been issued to award a fine under Article 463 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They are mainly located in Astana and Almaty, Atyrau, Almaty, West Kazakhstan, Turkestan, Mangistau and Zhambyl regions."All schools, according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education", must obtain a permit before starting educational activities. The lack of a license means that the school has not passed the compliance check or has not applied for a permit. The right to engage in educational activities arises for educational organizations from the moment they receive a license. If the school has not received a license within six months from the date of state registration, then it is subject to closure in court," Chairman of the committee Ernur Dauenov stressed.The main requirements for obtaining a license include the availability of an appropriate material and technical base, qualified teaching staff, compliance with sanitary, epidemiological and fire safety standards, as well as the organization of medical care for students. Participation in such competitions plays an important role in the formation of human resources necessary for sustainable economic growth and technological progress of our country. By interacting with industry ministries, we create conditions for training in—demand specialists and their further employment, which contributes to the development of key sectors of the economy and increasing their competitiveness," the minister said.Recall that more than 550 college students and 558 experts participate in the national championship. They compete in 30 competencies covering key sectors of the economy: construction and construction technologies, creative design, information and communication technologies, transport services, social and private services, as well as manufacturing and engineering technologies.It should be noted that more than 12 thousand people have visited the championship since the first day. It takes place at the EXPO International Exhibition Center. The closing ceremony and awarding of the winners will be held on November 18.The winners of the republican stage will represent the country at the international EuroSkills 2025 championship, which will be held in Denmark from September 9 to 13 next year.For reference: The global WorldSkills movement unites 89 countries striving to improve professional competencies and skills.
