Ermaganbet Bulekpaev checked the cleaning of the Bolshoy Bukpa River 18.01.2025
The project on rehabilitation of the Bolshoy Bukpa riverbed continues in Karaganda. After its completion, the park lakes will be filled with clean water. This year, local sewage treatment plants are to be built on the territory of the Central Park.Akim of the Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev held a meeting on the further implementation of the project. The rehabilitation project for a large Crowd is ongoing. It should be fully completed this year. The total length of the Big Bukpa is 17 kilometers. Sanitation is carried out along the entire riverbed: from the beginning of the river at the borders of the Kostenko mine site to its confluence with the Sokyr River. In addition to cleaning from silt, debris and thickets, dredging and expansion are provided. In the park area, the river section is almost 2.5 kilometers long. The head of the region was informed that last year they were cleaning an underground collector. It was very heavily clogged with debris and silt. The mud mass had to be pulled out manually. In addition, observation hatches were installed.– According to the project, local sewage treatment plants should operate for 14 days in the spring flood. During this period, the park lake will receive about 168 cubic meters of clean water. This is only a third of the water in the lake. Now the water level in the first lake has dropped, and it does not fall into the second and third lakes. If we make a VOC with a pressurized water supply, then we can continue to supply water in the summer. The volume of clean water entering the lakes will increase. This will improve their ecology," explained Nuraly Kaliev, head of the Hydro Kurylys LLP site. The akim of the region, together with representatives of contractors, went to the river section on the outskirts of Mikhaylovka, where the riverbed was cleared.– Today we inspected the cleaning of the Bolshoy Bukpa riverbed. We have been actively engaged in this for two years now. The residents raised the issue. We looked at the location for the local sewage treatment plants. This is necessary in order to purify the waters that will flow into the park lakes. We discussed the condition of the lakes in the park. Last year, the sludge was cleared, and work will continue this year. There is a plan of the city akimat," said Ermaganbet Bulekpayev. In Kazakhstan, the process of allowing commodity producers to participate in regulated purchases will become even more transparent. 18.01.2025
In 2025, Kazakhstan will launch the Unified Register of Kazakhstani Commodity Producers (Registry). The new system is designed to replace the current CT-KZ certificates and the Industrial Certificate. The replacement of certificates will eliminate bureaucratic and financial costs for entrepreneurs, as well as simplify and modernize procedures."The main goal of the reform is to increase the transparency and objectivity of the processes of confirming the status of Kazakhstani commodity producers, ensure their competitiveness and strengthen the effectiveness of government support measures," the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted. The register will contain information about the goods produced in the republic and their manufacturers, types of activities, number of employees, and production volumes. The new mechanism will become a tool for the admission of Kazakhstani producers to all regulated purchases, as well as a means to provide financial and non-financial government support measures. The registry has fundamental advantages over the current platform.Firstly, the use of a scoring system based on data from government information systems will make the process more objective and transparent by eliminating the human factor.Secondly, the transition from private to state expertise will reduce the risks of unjustified decisions and clearly allocate areas of responsibility.Thirdly, services within the Registry will be provided free of charge, which will facilitate access to support for manufacturers.According to the new rules, applications from producers will be considered within 10 working days from the date of submission. The applicant will be notified through his personal account. If there are insufficient video materials, a decision is made on an on-site inspection. The maximum period for reviewing applications is 15 business days. The launch of the Registry is planned this year, but the specific dates depend on the adoption of the law, the draft of which is under consideration in the Mazhilis.Representatives of interested authorities, business and expert communities participate in the discussion stage. More than 10 meetings of the working groups of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and more than 30 meetings with representatives of NCE "Atameken", industry associations, and entrepreneurs have already been held.Work in this direction continues. The Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan is open to a comprehensive discussion of the draft Rules. The comments and suggestions received will be considered within the framework of the legislation.Recall, the Head of State instructed to form a "solid industrial framework" and strengthen the development of the manufacturing sector. The development of a Unified register of Kazakhstani commodity producers is one of the measures to fulfill the President's instructions.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mps/press/news/details/920302

IN TURKESTAN REGION, MORE THAN 14,000 FAMILIES HAVE RECEIVED HOUSING IN 6 YEARS 18.01.2025
Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to step up work on providing housing for the population. Systematic work is underway in this direction in the Turkestan region. According to the first deputy akim of the region, Zulpykhar Zholdasov, programs for citizens on the housing waiting list receive great support. Housing certificates offered by the Government also play an important role. At the same time, in order to provide housing for the population, priority attention is given to the further development of housing construction and increasing housing affordability.- One of the urgent issues remains housing provision. In total, 14,161 families were provided with housing in the Turkestan region from 2018 to 2024. Of these, 7,567 families are provided with communal housing, and 6,594 families are provided with mortgage housing under the 7-20-25 and Otbasy Bank programs. This work will be continued systematically," Zulpikhar Sansyzbayuly emphasized. In addition, thanks to government support, citizens will be able to more effectively resolve the issue of paying the down payment, facilitating the possibility of obtaining a mortgage home. Housing certificates are financial assistance provided by the government. Local representative bodies (maslikhats) determine the size of these certificates and the conditions for obtaining them. Thus, residents of each region will be able to receive housing certificates in accordance with their local budget. To clarify the housing queue, an inventory is carried out on an ongoing basis. As a result, in 2023, 3,818 citizens, and in 2024, 4,599 citizens were excluded from the housing waiting list after certain inconsistencies were identified. The housing queue is conducted in full electronic format. Citizens can also view their home queue at any time through the kezekte.kz portal. There were many shortcomings during the monitoring work. In particular, deficiencies have been identified out of more than 5,000 families receiving subsidies, and contracts have been suspended without the possibility of recovery. It should be noted that the housing queue is conducted in accordance with the law. Citizens cannot get an apartment out of turn or apply instead of another person. In accordance with the requirements of the law, every citizen can count on his turn and receive an apartment on a fair basis. These measures will increase the trust of residents and ensure fair queuing.Press service of Akim of Turkestan regionSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/ontustik/press/news/details/919969

Karaganda basketball players took the third place at the republican youth championship 18.01.2025
The national basketball team of the Karaganda region, consisting of players born in 2012, took third place at the championship of Kazakhstan. This result looks even more significant against the background of the fact that just a year ago the same team was on the last line of the standings. The Kazakhstan Basketball Championship among boys born in 2012 and younger was held in Shchuchinsk. Nine teams from different cities of Kazakhstan participated in it. Following the results of all the games, the national team of the Karaganda region won the bronze medal. And Karaganda player Zhandos Aubakirov was recognized as the best player of the championship. There are 12 players in the region's national team. Six of them are natives of Shakhtinsk, two from Abai and four from Karaganda.– Over the past year, we have managed to show very good growth. This is a credit to both the coaches and the boys themselves. As the senior coach of the region, I was able to unite all the coaches of the region and build a system in which each age category has its own senior coach. They determine the individual approach to each player. Such a system makes work more productive and allows you to achieve better results," says Dastan Ayapbek, senior basketball coach of the Karaganda region. It is worth noting that in November last year, the national team of boys born in 2009 became the third in the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in December, athletes born in 2010 won gold at competitions of the same level. Before that, young Karaganda basketball players could not achieve such a result for eight years.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/karaganda/press/news/details/919838
