The monthly payment is up to 10,000 if it is a studio apartment. The burden for me, as the father of the family, was not felt," he said.Within the framework of the Elorda Zhastary program, priority is given to young people with valid employment contracts, as well as citizens under 35 working in the fields of education, healthcare, sports, culture, social protection, police and others. The main condition is the presence of a permanent residence permit in Astana, the absence of real estate over the past five years and the corresponding income."They can find an apartment for up to 18 million people, and also the initial payment is 10% - 1 million 800 thousand and will be issued for 19 years, also at 5%.
