The standard repair cycle for boiler houses is four years. And this year, major repairs will be carried out. The boiler's combustion chambers will be completely replaced - this is about 150 tons of metal. The heating surface and water economizer will also be updated - this is about another 40 tons. In addition, it is planned to modernize gas treatment equipment. The second-generation emulsifier will be replaced with third-generation equipment. This will increase the degree of purification, and accordingly reduce emissions into the environment. And as a result of the general overhaul, the reliability and stability of the equipment will increase, - he explained.The speakers said that the necessary equipment will be ordered abroad, and its manufacture will take from 90 days to six months.
