During the discussion of the bill, amendments were made aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and the development of the regions.Revenues to the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2025 will amount to 21.7 trillion tenge (an increase of 1.2 trillion tenge compared to the current year's plan). At the same time, the deficit will gradually decrease: in 2025, this indicator is projected at 2.7% of GDP, by 2027 the decrease will amount to 1.9% of GDP.Budget expenditures, taking into account revenues and deficits, are planned for 2025 at the level of 25.8 trillion tenge with an increase of 1.7 trillion tenge compared to the previous year."During the discussion of the bill, a number of amendments were made aimed at improving the quality of life of the population and the development of the regions. Of these, additional expenses are provided for the provision of clean drinking water, the development of heat and electricity systems, transport infrastructure, ICI, regional development, as well as the implementation of the Auyl - el besigi project. Also, expenses are provided for salary increases for employees of creative teams, provision of medical services within the framework of the GOBMP, conducting an anti-corruption examination," commented Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Madi Takiev.The largest item of expenditure is the social sphere - the share of total expenditures in 2025 will be 38%. It is planned to allocate 9.8 trillion tenge in this direction (an increase of 862 billion tenge by the current year).The first priority is social security and provision of social assistance to the citizens of the country. Thus, the costs of social benefits for 2025 are provided in the amount of 6 trillion tenge, taking into account the indexation of social benefits and an increase in the number of recipients of payments.The second priority is the development of education. In 2025, expenses in this area will amount to over 1 trillion tenge with an increase of 73 billion tenge to the level.The third priority is healthcare. An increase in the coverage of the population with medical care within the framework of GOBMP and MSHI, taking into account the growth of the population and the increase in the number of patients. Expenditures on the healthcare system for 2025-2027 will amount to 7.6 trillion tenge, of which in 2025 – 2.4 trillion tenge with an increase of 180 billion tenge.In general, the volume of expenditures on the GOBMP in 2025 is planned in the amount of 1.6 trillion tenge. 675 billion tenge is provided for the CSHI, of which 668 billion tenge (11.7 million people) is used to pay state contributions.The fourth priority is tourism. The expenses of the republican budget for the development of tourism and sports in 2025 are planned in the amount of 141 billion tenge, for culture and information - 165 billion tenge.In 2025, 7.5 trillion tenge will be allocated to the regions at the expense of the republican budget, taking into account the amendments of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with an increase of 405 billion tenge.It is planned to allocate 568 billion tenge for the development of the transport industry, where 423 billion tenge is provided for the development of the road industry.137 billion tenge is provided for effective water resources management (an increase of 51 billion tenge or 59% compared to the current year), 68 billion tenge will be allocated to this area in 2026, 54 billion tenge in 2027.Expenditures of law enforcement agencies for 2025 are planned in the amount of 2.7 trillion tenge with an increase of 109 billion tenge.
