В Алматы на выездном заседании Общественной палаты при Мажилисе Парламента Республики Казахстан вице-министр национальной экономики Азамат Амрин озвучил новшества проекта нового Налогового кодекса.В своем выступлении Азамат Амрин отметил, что в новом Налоговом кодексе будет внедрена сервисная модель администрирования. Упростится регистрация налогоплательщика. Налоговая отчетность будет сокращена. Контроль будет оцифрован.По его словам, разработаны комплексные подходы для реинвестирования прибыли в производство. Оптимизированы специальные налоговые режимы, приняты меры по снижению рисков дробления бизнеса.Предлагается введение дифференцированной ставки корпоративного подоходного налога. As part of a working trip to the Zharminsky district, Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhaev visited the Zharminsky Technological College and got acquainted with the current activities of the educational institution and the repair work carried out. In 2023, large-scale repairs were carried out at the college aimed at updating and improving the infrastructure of the educational institution.Among the completed works are the current repair of the heating main from the boiler room to the college building, repair of engineering networks of heat and water supply, as well as installation of new heating boilers. In addition, work was carried out on the repair of men's and women's dormitories, a workshop and a social housing. An important step was the purchase of new simulators for the educational process — an excavator simulator and a BelAZ simulator under a charity agreement with BGP LLP.In May 2024, on the basis of an agreement with BGP LLP, the college received a 2-simulator for the specialty "Open mining of mineral deposits". This equipment will provide students with practical training.The college building includes 28 classrooms, a dining room with 150 seats, a sports hall, a conference room, two dormitories with 60 seats, as well as a library."The Zharma College of Technology plays a key role in training qualified specialists for the region. We will continue to work on improving the learning environment and modernizing the infrastructure of the educational institution. It is important that our students receive an education that meets modern requirements and are ready for the challenges of the labor market," the governor of the region stressed.In 2024, ongoing repairs are continuing and workshops, garages, as well as the college grounds are being updated. Akim of the region Nurlan Urankhaev held a reporting meeting with the population of the Zharma district. A Roadmap for the development of the city until 2028 has been approved for an integrated approach. This year, 3.4 billion tenge has been allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of priority tasks. The main funds are aimed at performing average repairs of the road surface in the city, the purchase of 18 rental apartments for socially vulnerable segments of the population, improving urban infrastructure, subsidizing passenger rail transportation along the Semey–Shar route, strengthening the material and technical base and repairing five social infrastructure facilities. Shar is an important city for the region, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that its development proceeds dynamically and consistently," the governor of the region noted.395.7 million tenge was allocated to strengthen the material and technical base of the Zharminsky district hospital. A CT scanner worth 350 million tenge was purchased at the institution. Next year, the construction of a swimming pool will begin in the city of Shar, and a new stadium will appear in the village of Kalbatau.After the reporting meeting, a personal reception of citizens was held.
