536 BILLION TENGE OF INVESTMENTS HAVE BEEN ATTRACTED TO SHYMKENT SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR 22.11.2024

Since this year, in order to increase the efficiency of work on attracting investments, the Invest Shymkent front office has been actively operating in the city, which accompanies investors on the principle of "one window". Rescuers of East Kazakhstan have worked out large-scale emergency rescue operations in winter conditions. According to the legend of the exercises, a snowstorm raged in the region, and a passenger bus with people remained hostage to the winter drifts on one of the roads. Rescuers were able to make their way to help through the formed snowdrifts only on high-passable all-terrain vehicles "Sherp" and evacuated citizens. Among which there were victims. In order to quickly deliver them to the nearest medical facility, the MI-8 Kazaviaspas helicopter was involved. On board, first aid was provided by doctors of the Disaster Medicine Center.Meanwhile, an accident occurred in the regional center in icy conditions, police officers organized a cordon around the scene and ensured traffic safety. With the help of an emergency rescue tool, emergency personnel unblocked the injured drivers, handing them over to the doctors of the Disaster Medicine Center. Firefighters eliminated the fire that engulfed one of the cars in the accident.During the exercises, together with public utilities, actions were worked out in practice to eliminate an accident on the pipeline.The rescue of fishermen from a disabled motor boat was organized in the water area. Cynological calculations were looking for a shepherd lost in a snowstorm.As part of the exercises, a review of equipment and equipment of civil protection units was held, and a tent camp was set up for the affected population. On the basis of which the psychologists of the emergency department provide emergency assistance to the population.Akim of the region Yermek Kosherbayev took part in the exercise, who personally got acquainted with the readiness of equipment and civil protection services for the winter period."Taking into account the peculiarities of the harsh winter in the east of the country, emergency situations were created at the exercises as close as possible to real ones. Another car was damaged and caught fire.However, representatives of the emergency services turned out to be ready for the worst case scenario: the victim was extracted from the mangled interior of the car by rescuers, specialists from the disaster medicine center provided him with first aid and subsequent hospitalization. The second car was promptly extinguished by firefighters from the Tyumen region of the Russian Federation who took part in the exercise.Evacuation measures were also worked out: passengers of buses and cars blocked as a result of snow drift were transported to a heating point deployed on the basis of a secondary school. A full range of activities was provided for them, ranging from registration and first aid, psychological assistance, to catering and overnight accommodation. The drift was promptly cleared by the forces of JSC NC Kazavtozhol.The situation was complicated by an incident with a car that drove into a ditch carrying highly potent chemically dangerous substances. Rescuers and firefighters, specialists of sanitary and epidemiological supervision, Yesil Su and local executive bodies carried out a set of measures to limit the spread of SDS, eliminate leaks and evacuate the tank from the accident site. On a nearby lake, the specialists of the operational rescue team worked out an algorithm for rescuing a fisherman who fell through the ice of a reservoir, providing him with first aid and hospitalization. In parallel, search and rescue operations were organized, during which two exhausted men were found lost in the forest area by specialists of the detachment, volunteers and personnel of the border guard service with the help of dogs. They were handed over to specialists from 103 and the Disaster Medicine Center, and medical assistance was provided to them. We discussed the issues of further development of the settlement. About 67 thousand people live here.The agro-town has 13 educational facilities, 1 healthcare facility, 1 socio-cultural facility, 2 sports facilities. The general plan of the capital provides for the construction of 3 schools, kindergartens, medical centers, etc.in this settlement. This year, a number of works were carried out in this settlement: average repairs were carried out on 5 streets, a sidewalk was installed on 8 more streets, as well as the construction of a transport interchange at the intersection of Tlendiyev Avenue and Sh.Beisekova street.In the same way, new lighting poles, a 3-year stop were installed, two courtyards and public spaces were improved at Yubileynaya Street, 22; a parking area for 100 seats was opened instead of demolished houses of the type of barracks in a dilapidated state, etc.Residents repeatedly raised the problem of the EB-8 line at meetings. Now the power supply networks have been transferred to the balance sheet of Astana-REC JSC.
