Works on 26.1 km of heating networks have been completed in the region 16.11.2024
During 2024, 28 projects for the development of heat supply for a total of 18.5 billion tenge are being implemented in the region. As part of these initiatives, 37.9 km of heating networks and 17 heat sources are being built, reconstructed and repaired. As of today, work has been completed on 26.1 km of heating networks, which is 100% of the plan for this year.To prepare for the autumn-winter period of 2024-2025, JSC United Energy Service Company completed the repair of 712.9 km of power lines, as well as 15 substations and 105 transformer stations. Repairs have also been carried out on 24.1 km of water supply networks — and the plan has been fully implemented here.With the provision of coal, the population of the region is also under constant control: at the moment, 51% of the required volume has been prepared — 290 thousand tons out of 567.9 thousand tons. Coal is delivered daily to all points of sale, where reserves amount to 15.3 thousand tons. 119 thousand tons of coal have already been accumulated at the heat sources of the region, which covers 20% of the annual demand of 595 thousand tons, and each heat source is provided with a standard reserve for 10 days ahead. On October 21-22, 2024, Astana hosts the 13th International Forum on the Electronic Apostille program, organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with Maqsut Narikbayev University with the support of the Secretary General of the Hague Conference on Private International Law Christophe Bernasconi. This event has acquired special significance, as it was the first time a forum of this scale was held in a Central Asian country.The forum was attended by experts and practitioners from more than 16 countries, including China, the United States, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, India, Turkey, Poland, Brazil, Singapore, Belgium, Greece, the Philippines, Chile, Israel, Colombia, Lithuania and others, as well as representatives of government agencies. The country improved its position from 0.53 to 0.54 points, reflecting a consistent effort to strengthen the rule of law and improve the effectiveness of the legal system.This growth is the result of Kazakhstan's comprehensive efforts to combat corruption, protect human rights and improve the judicial system.
