The book was published with the support of the Karaganda regional akimat.– This was a big event dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the Karkaraly Petition. It contains many historical facts. This book is a monument to an important historical event at the beginning of the last century. I myself study the history of the region, I have published six books. I hope that the in-depth study of Karkaraly will continue, - noted veteran local historian Sayat Ospanov.Let's recall historical data: on July 25, 1905, at the Koyandy fair in Karkaraly, a petition against the colonization of the tsarist government was adopted and sent to Nicholas II.
